HB 732 allows the Department of Driver Services to administer and collect a fee of $200.00 from any driver of a commercial motor vehicle, as defined under paragraph (8.3) of O.C.G.A. § 40-1-1, who is convicted of driving at a speed of ten or more miles per hour above the posted speed limit.
